I was fed up with being overweight, How i turned my life around

We all know being overweight is not fun your constantly inside your own mind second guessing everything you do because people will judge you. This was so terrifying to me it seemed it didn't matter for how many years I was a little bit overweight the feeling of being judged never went away. I hated going to any outside sport games because i would get dehydrated and uncomfortable. The pool? you never seen me there, it felt like i was starting to develop new insecurities bi-weekly

Well i got fed up with being overweight and started to take action i knew i had to get this part of my life handled if i exspected to have a healthy fun life style or make it past 45. I knew i was running out of time valuable time i could be spending with my family playing sports with them instead of watching them play sports. I knew my life would be better if i could shed off 15-20pounds. I was only in my mid 30's and i cracked it was time. i started researching facts and tips about weight loss tips on how to truly get a beach body how to get a flat stomach even how to get abs. I took in every information and set a game plan and started to change my life style to revolve around it. When you change something theirs a ripple affect so i had to be willing to change my life style or i would just be wasting my time attempting to get this handled.

The first place i attacked was my food pantry's because i knew that was one of the biggest sources of the bad decision i make. The next week i went shopping filled up on everything healthy i could think of greens, good cereals, skin milk etc. I didn't necessarily like everything i bought but i knew changing a whole life style around is not a easy task and i was willing to walk through the rain to reach the sun.

I began jogging before and after work to burn as much calories as possible I started following a workout program which ultimately defined my new life style. i began doing crunches, push ups, started to play a little bit of sports basketball was the most intense. After the first few months i really started to see results which pushed me forward with motivation to not give up. That was 4months ago i started trying to change my life style around, now today i am healthier then i ever been in my life.
